Др Јелена Игњатовић

Јелена Игњатовић (рођ. Тошковић), рођена је у Шапцу 1985. године где је завршила основну и средњу медицинску школу. Основне (2007), мастер (2010) и докторске студије завршила је на Educons Универзитету где је 2016. године одбранила докторску дисертацију под називом “Преиспитивање неолибералне идеологије на примеру земаља Западног Балкана“ оценом 10. Научно звање научни сарадник (друштвене науке –економија) добила је на основу Одлуке Комисије за стицање научних звања Министарства за науку и технолошки развој Републике Србије бр. 660-01-00001/817 од 18.11.2019. године.

Од јануара 2023. године има и звање звање доцента на Интернационалном Универзитету у Брчком, Брчко дистрикт, у Босни и Херцеговини.

Поседује искуство рада у привреди и просвети. У периоду 2011-2022. године била је запослена у Млекари Шабац АД. Шабац, на позицији ЕРП Специјалисте и Специјалисте плана и анализе, где је учествовала на четири имплементације ЕРП пројеката, где је на три била координатор пројеката:

  • Implementation of the FIS-Oracle information system in the company Mlekara Šabac-Koncern Farmakom MB;
  • Implementation of the FIS-Oracle information system in the MB Trading company;
  • Implementation of the FIS-Oracle information system in the company MB Trading Europe), а на једном пројекту је била члан пројектног тима
  • Implementation of the MIS information system in the company Mlekara Šabac A.D. Šabac.

Од 2022. године је запослена на Академији струковних студија у Шапцу, Одсек за пољопривредно-пословне студије и туризам као предавач за област економије и менаџмента. На Академији је била ангажована као:

  • координатор Центра за међународну сарадњу и пројекте, у периоду 2024 и даље,
  • координатор Међународне конференције „Глобални изазови кроз призму руралног развоја у секторима пољопривреде и туризма„ (ГИРР), у периоду 2022 и даље.
  • координатор за пројекте, у периоду 2022-2024.
  • координатор маркетинг тима Одсека за пољопривредно пословне студије и туризам, у периоду 2022-2024.
  • члан тима за Акредитацију студијских програма Одсека за пољопривредно-пословне студије и туризам, у периоду 2022-2024.

Од 2022. године била је ментор на изради 2 мастер рада и члан 6 комисија за писање и одбрану мастер радова. Имала је 15 менторстава на завршним радовима студената основних студија и 5 чланства у комисијама за одбрану завршних радова.

Такође, била је научни супервизор студентима, на Међународном такмичењу студентских радова у пољу Ecology and environmental protection-Black see Science 2023, организованог од Универзитета Одеса у Украјини, где је освојено прво место. Организовала је за студенте стручне праксе у земљи и иностранству (стручна пракса од 4 месеца у Турској – Алања, Анталија, Кемер). Такође је била члан тима манифестације Каријерни дани у циљу изналажења запослења за студенте, где је склопила контакте са преко десет компанија.

Учествовала је на три научна пројекта:

  • Tranzicija AP Vojvodine ka cirkularnoj ekonomiji: Analiza stepena poznavanja i definisanje inputa za strateško koncipiranje, Pokrajinski sekretarijat za visoko obrazovanje i naučno istraživačku delatnost AP Vojvodine, no. 142-451-2589/2021-01/1).

Објавила је преко 90 научних радова и једну монографију. Области ужег интересовања су макроекономија и међународна економија, а због студијских програма на којима је ангажована има и радове из области одрживог развоја у пољопривреди и туризму, економике пољопривреде и економике туризма. Тренутно припрема уџбеник и практикума за потребе наставе на Академији.

Учесник је летње школе Института Економских наука у Београду 2013. године, као и великог броја међународних конференција (2011-до данас), у Аустрији, Мађарској, Бугарској, Северној Македонији, Словенији, Србији, Албанији, Босни и Херцеговини и Украјини.

Овлашћени је рачуновођа, говори енглески језик, и немачки језик, а служи се норвешким језиком. Користи МS Windows, Power Point i Internet. Удата је и мајка двоје деце.
